How to update your subscription level

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access HubSpot Settings:

    • Log in to your HubSpot account.
    • Navigate to the top right corner and click on your account name or profile picture.
    • Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  2. Navigate to Account Management < Integrations, Connected Apps:

    • In the left sidebar menu under Account Management click the dropdown for Integrations and select Connected Apps

  3. Select CarpQueue:

    • Find and click on CarpQueue from the list of connected apps.

  4. Manage Billing:

    • Next to the Manage Billing section, click on Generate Temporary Link.
    • This link will direct you to the billing management page where you can adjust your subscription level.
