Adding Action to Workflow
Once installed the CarpQueue is accessible within the workflow actions tab.
Configuring Delays
Simply set the desired frequency you would like records to flow through.
Notes:
- Records will be evenly spaced within their period. For example if you set 60 per minute it would release one record every second.
- Once the daily limit is reached the next execution will be scheduled for midnight EDT when the limit resets.
- Once a record hits a queue action it's hold time can not be changed. If you need to change the frequency for existing records in the queue you can create a second queue action after the first and then delete the first. Once deleted all records will reach the next action.
